This sunday June 11th, at 4:00pm eastern, NBC will broadcast the Clearwater 2009 half IM world champs. This was the race that Ryan Van Praet and myself participated in, and he came 2nd (in his category).
Should be interesting to watch! Set your PVR if you can't be there to watch.
